FOUNDING STORY

Blueline Wellness Group was created for the special needs and requirements of first responders with the help of our Wellness Coordinator Adam Aloyian. A retired Police Officer who served from 2002 to 2021. During his career, Adam worked numerous assignments including Graveyard Patrol, Gang Investigation, SWAT, Field Training Officer, Captain of Honor Guard and Crime Scene Investigation.

Adam’s wellness journey began after his father suffered a massive heart attack while leaving the gym. As a new father himself, Adam became concerned about his own health and began researching extensively. Through his personal health battles with stress, weight, anxiety and depression, he discovered how hormone optimization, sleep, nutrition and genetic factors like MTHFR mutations could dramatically transform health outcomes.

After seeing remarkable improvements in his own health, Adam began helping his fellow police officer and fire brothers. His reputation for health expertise spread throughout the First Responder community. He would eventually obtain his nutrition certification and begin working for medical professionals, ultimately leading to the founding of Blueline Wellness Group.

While First Responders share common personalities and lifestyles, no two people are alike. The insurance-driven “cookie cutter” approach to healthcare falls miserably short for most, but certainly for First Responders. Blueline Wellness Group addresses and treats the illnesses most common amongst Officers, while still focusing on individual differences.

Blueline Wellness Group addresses the critical mind-body connection in first responder health. Our approach recognizes that many mental health challenges have physical underpinnings:

• Gut health directly impacts mood and brain function
• Enzyme mutations like MTHFR affect neurotransmitter production
• Hormone imbalances can cause depression, anxiety and lack of motivation
