Annual commitment, billed monthly for 12 months. The monthly membership fee of $100.00 is to offset the cost of a “paid in full” visit to our doctors. The membership enrolls you to a one-year membership and allows members to receive full unlimited benefits of Blueline Wellness treatments without paying the annual fee of $1,500 up front.
