Payment Responsibility:
To keep our membership among the lowest in the industry, all members must keep a current card on file (with a backup if the primary fails). Accounts 5–7 days overdue may be canceled and may require paying the sign-up fee again for reinstatement. There are no long-term contracts; you may cancel at any time to stop future charges. Initial sign-up fees are non-refundable, and we do not issue refunds for any membership month that has already begun.
