Adam Simon

Meet our in-house personal trainer and nutritionist, Adam Simon, a highly adaptive, intuitive guide that meets you where you are. His approach towards optimizing health is centered on honoring your identity, chemistry and the goals that your person naturally demands.

Adam has a Bachelors of Applied Science in Exercise Physiology from Humboldt State University (HSU). While attending HSU, Adam completed an extensive Exercise Nutrition Certification Program; this certificate covered Basic Human Nutrition, Nutrition for Athletic Performance, Nutrition for Optimal Bone and Muscle Development and Pharmacology & Ergogenic Aids.

After graduating from HSU, Adam interned in Humboldt State’s Human Performance Lab and was involved in a program responsible for improving the health and fitness of local law enforcement and fire department employees. This program continues to be very successful in improving the health and functional capacity of it’s participants. Adam’s experience in working with law enforcement and fire fighters gives him a personal connection and understanding of the unique demands and stressors that they face both occupationally as well as recreationally.

Adam provides a unique combination of grounding wisdom and knowledge with elevating encouragement. You will be working as a team with Adam to design your optimal lifestyle; this lifestyle will provide you with the tools and tactics to experience long term, sustainable results.

Josh Cruz

Blueline Wellness Groups top trainer/nutritionist is Josh Cruz. Josh is a husband, father, and nationally certified Personal Trainer. He has been in the fitness industry on all levels for 13 years. He’s been part of every aspect of physical fitness. From training beginners, managing commercial fitness centers, nutrition, competing and training top level body builders. Josh uses the members lab test and body scan results as part of his assessment. This is almost never done with conventional trainers. He will conduct an in-depth consultation to discuss the lab results and the members’ personal goals. Once this has been established Josh will put forth a simple, yet effective plan to achieve those targeted goals. Some may have a health issue that requires diet and lifestyle change. Others may simply wish to improve body composition or weight loss.

Darling Ramirez

Darling Ramirez RN is also a nationally certified Personal Trainer. She has been in the health and fitness industry for 10 years. She combines her experience and works together with the members when establishing goals, regimens and diet protocols. Darlings’ expertise is in injury rehabilitation, prenatal, postpartum, weight loss and specializes in women’s healthcare as she is also a registered nurse. A “Zoom” or “Facetime” consultation will be scheduled with the trainer of the members choice. Once the consultation has been completed with the personal trainers, they will have a clear plan moving forward.
